Native Culture, Traditions and the American Historical Narrative: Teaching about the Shinnecock Nation of Long Island

Ms. Cholena Smith, a member of the Shinnecock nation, scholar and educator, will discuss the culture of the Shinnecock Nation. This event will explain the Shinnecock heritage and how to teach about it.
