Just Like Us

Just Like Us is a play which follows four Latinx teenage girls in Denver-two of whom are documented and two who are not-through young adulthood. When a political firestorm arises, each girl’s future becomes increasingly complicated. Just Like Us poses difficult, yet essential questions about what makes us America.

This event is co-sponsored by the Department of Anthropology, Center for African American and Caribbean Studies, Department of Political Science, Department of English, Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures, College of Nursing and Public Health, Latino Student Association, Department of Sociology, University Diversity Committee, The Collaboration Project, and Department of Theater.
